A 2 or 3-look session is the most popular choice for actors in Florida. For actors who are just getting started a 3-look session is the best way to kick-start your career.
If you are a seasons actor, but your look has changed, you can play different types than you could previously, or your headshots are over a year old, it’s time for a re-fresh on your acting headshots. Choose a 2 or 3-look session in order to get a nice, accurate update on your most important investment as an actor.
If you are just looking for a quick re-fresh, or are a theater actor, a 1-look session will do! Make sure your outfit represents your personality, type, and abilities as an actor.
What types / looks should I do in my headshot session?
If you’ve booked just one look, make sure it is a commercial look if your market is Florida. Florida has the third biggest commercial market in the United States, and as an actor in Florida, you will need a commercial look to get working consistently. If you’re going for film, talk with your agency on what type would best represent your talents.
If you’re looking for a full set of headshots, in addition to a commercial look, choose one or two more outfits that represent characters that you would typically go for. Having a variety of looks will help your agency get you what you are looking for - auditions!

Should I get professional hair and makeup for my acting headshots session?
If you are a woman and not confident doing makeup and hair, you may want to consider adding a professional stylist to your session. Our stylist will provide naturally perfect makeup and style your hair for each look.
Keeping your headshots up to date is crucial to getting auditions and ultimately getting booked.
