At Palm Lake Headshots, we are known for being incredibly efficient, while still providing an experience for each team member or professional that feels personal, easy, and enjoyable. We book our corporate headshot mini-sessions in 5-minute increments. That might not seem like much time, but with our expertise and experience photographing headshots at corporate events, we are able to provide each person with lots of images to choose from, several poses, and images that they will be proud to have on their profiles. For multi-day events, your best photographer option will be one that has two sets of backdrops and equipment, along with multiple photographers to keep things flowing well and on time. For events with 40 or more attendees, Palm Lake Headshots will provide a full additional photographer and setup in order to bring you the best experience possible for each person in attendance.
4. Can your photographer make everyone look good?
Sounds like a silly question, but many photographers for corporate events don’t know how to pose people, and oftentimes don’t produce attractive portraits. Our goal is to provide every single person with a professional headshot that they love, no matter their body type, skin type, or personality type! Even in 5 short minutes, we are able to provide professional headshots that fit personalities!
Will your photographer edit your employees’ chosen headshots? Many corporate photographers do not edit your final images, leaving you with a set of portraits that doesn’t quite hit the mark. We take each member’s headshot and do a professional, natural edit, to ensure that your image looks “naturally perfect.”
5. What is your photographer’s turnaround guarantee?
I recently spoke with someone who had her headshots taken at a Travel Agency convention. The photographer took 2 minutes to take her headshots, then she chose one from her very small set of portraits, gave the photographer her email, and never heard back about getting her headshot. Though this convention was several months ago, she hasn’t received her final image! While I hope this isn’t typical with most convention photographers, this will never be the case with Palm Lake Headshots. Our turnaround time, including each person’s final edited image delivered to their inbox, is guaranteed at 5 days after the event, no matter the number photographed.

For normal headshot sessions, we charge $299 per person, but with corporate photography in Orlando, we have made our packages much more affordable, starting at $1,050 for up to 15 employees on site, with a minimal addition for each additional team member to be photographed.
We also have a by-the-hour rate for large events where you may not know for certain how many professionals will be photographed, or for vendor events, all-day corporate events, or for events where group photos and event photos are needed.

Each team member received enough time with the photographer to provide lots of options for each person to choose from for their final headshots. We perfect each employee’s final headshot image choice in Photoshop and still have a very fast turnaround.
Once each person has chosen their favorite portrait (with several to choose from!), we will provide your final versions in a naturally-perfect edit. We want you to look like you — and the best version of you possible! Our natural editing is a specialized technique which provides glowing skin, bright eyes, and corrects small issues like blemishes and flyaway hairs. We aim to edit your images in a way that looks natural.. but perfect ;)
Your corporate headshots will be provided in full resolution and a web resolution which is cropped for consistency according to your preference, so you are able to start using your images right away.
